Update: 247GT are unfortunately unable to attend interairport China 2018 but will be following the event with keen interest on social media.
After a great experience exhibiting at the airport industry’s number one conference and expo, interairport Europe at the beginning of October, we’re pleased to announce 247GT ltd will be showcasing our Ground Support Equipment and more at interairport China 5-7th September 2018!
There is no doubt interairport exhibitions are the place to be for professionals in the airport industry. According to the interairport Europe website, 13,854 trade visitors from 110 countries came to this year’s exhibition in Munich to learn about the latest airport industry trends, network with aviation decision-makers and influencers and to source state-of-the-art equipment- that was a 9% increase on the visitors from the previous show in 2015. Meanwhile, 654 exhibitors from 43 countries came to showcase their cutting-edge systems and equipment meaning floor space for exhibitions increased by 7%.
Our Director Brian Sneyd and Operations Manager, Ian White both thoroughly enjoyed running a stand at interairport Europe, where they displayed a Spijkstaal tractor, which piqued the interest of many passers-by and benefitted from networking and meeting leading figures in the airport industry. The ‘interairport family’ includes engaging and insightful conferences in South-East Asia, Europe and China. Where interairport China is concerned, the exhibition has been running for 14 years and is attended by airport and aviation retailers, architects, buyers and consultants at the top of their game.
As a company, we’re even more excited for interairport China as there will be an even bigger outdoor space to display ground support equipment, in addition to the usual networking opportunities, sharing of ideas and innovations and demonstrations. Representatives from China’s top airlines and airports will be present, creating access to inside news and knowledge of China’s increasingly dynamic and competitive airport market.
China’s airport market is one that has experienced significant growth in the past twenty years, with Routes Online recording a 117% increase in the country’s international air capacity from 2006 to 2015 and international air links from China experiencing continued growth.
Interairport China will also see solutions presented by experts working towards the goals of being more environmentally-friendly and optimising processes, including increasing automation in baggage handling.
Always open to being challenged to help solve airport operators’ complex ground support equipment issues and fix, supply and assess ground support equipment and machines, 247GT look forward to bringing back the latest advances in airport technology from interairport China for your company to benefit from.
